If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. Otherwise contact children’s services where the child lives.
- In each of our homes the Registered Manager is the designated safeguarding lead, and the Responsible Individual provides oversight above them.
- Allegations against staff go to the Local Authority Designated Officer without delay.
- Serious events are notified to Ofsted under Regulation 40.
- Staff can raise concerns with the Responsible Individual, who leads on whistleblowing, or with Ofsted’s whistleblowing line on 0300 123 3155.
